I cannot find the words to adequately thank Ray O'Brien for the service he and the rest of the Trend Motors service team provided. The day before my husband passed away, the air conditioner in our Jetta malfunctioned, and I needed to have it fixed "ASAP".
It was the first time I had dealt with Trend Motors, and I'm sure that an air conditioner repair was not at the top of the service department's "urgent" list.
However, when I called, Ray and the entire group treated me as though I was the most important customer they had. The repair was scheduled immediately, and when I arrived, I was treated with the caring respect that they would have treated a recently bereaved family member. I have never experienced auto service where I could say that the demeanor of the staff was "touching."
If Trend Motors ever wants to have a sideline business, they should consider providing customer service training to other businesses. They bring the concept of customer service to a whole new level!
