Let me start by saying " I have been a Chevrolet Girl for 17 years". Well, I have to say that now, I am a Toyota Family Member! Susan Crawford really won me over. The "Approach" really is key, she was amazing, very experienced, kind, courteous and just "felt like FAMILY". I felt the bond immediately and knew I would get the best care.The knowledge she has is, all I can say is WOW! You just feel the trust, the reassurance, the eagerness to assist you in getting everything you want in a car. Thank you, Susan & Rose for giving me the best feeling during a time that is usually a very nervous experience for me. I will forever be in the Toyota Family!
