Comfortable bed, great waterfall shower, but....
Need to improve housekeeping - missed on first turndown request, got it right the 2nd evening. Also, they delivered extra towels for no apparent reason.
Brunch service at Kingbird restaurant was great - until the high tea service began. Then the servers seemed to forget about those tables that they had been taking care of earlier. Had to ask twice and wait about 30 minutes before our server brought the check. NOT good!! The food was great, however.
