They just do it right. I have never been to the physical store, and have only used their website, for about 3 years now. Here are some reasons I would recommend them: they always respond to my emails quickly and with clear answers to questions, they have a great selection, games arrive in excellent condition, I could go on.... Just use them, because they will treat you right. Also I just cancelled a pre-ordered on their website - the game comes out TOMORROW - and they did it with no questions asked, and the money was back in my account immediately. Awesome.
