Very nice rooms and service at the bar was excellent, at the front desk...not so much. Food also is subpar, I got the vegetable wrap and there was barely any veggies, it fell apart and overall just seemed very uninspired. The front desk service was as cold as ice and it was about as transactional level of service as I've received anywhere.
