Super lame! Guy who showed up took apart both HVAC...

Super lame! Guy who showed up took apart both HVAC shields and only then tells me he actually only knows about Brownstones and knows very little about high-rise condos. Had to go to work and later found out he also bailed early. That little misstep cost us $135. No thank you.
