It was a rough start to the night when I pulled in after work to test drive a truck. They misplaced the keys, as in someone went home with them in their pocket. But, Chris Mills and Bob took care of me by offering to bring the truck to my office the next day. Chris dos a fantastic job: he wasn't overbearing, he answered all my questions, and he had patience with me (which was necessary since I'm a first time buyer).
