It's rated as a four star hotel so I'm rating it with a expectations of a four star experience in mind. I'm told what septated a three star from a four star are the amenities and service. This is where the Warwick was lacking. It was a fine stay. I was just hoping to treat my family to a four star hotel which I do not believe this was.
It's a cool old renovated building. We got a King suite for my family of five, which was very spacious. I had called ahead and told them we had five and was assured that the room was big enough, which it was, and would include a roll away. We had trouble getting blankets for the roll away and queen sleeper sofa. And when I say we had trouble I mean they never brought them, the did eventually bring an extra set of sheets for them. Luckily the air conditioner wasn't putting out cold air so we didn't end up needing the blankets.
The front desk repeatedly told us that the hotel was fully booked, which I'm sure it was because it was busy, so they didn't have everything readily available (towels, pillows, and bedding). By our second day there we got all the towels we needed and pillows. (The room was properly set up for two on arrival.)
The balcony was huge and the location is nice. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The pool is great for sun bathing and taking a dip. The pool bar is well stocked and the bartenders were more than capable. We got a good staycation deal on the rate from the hotel website.
