Terrible predatory service department they will offer all recommended intervals of fluid and filter changes even if the individual vehicle does not require the service. Hourly rates are overcharged, pressure sales on unneeded tire replacement. The brand warrants a high level of integrity which was not given. Service said most of their customers a female so these tactics are probably common. If you have a MB and/or are a woman beware!! I am done with the dealership and the brand as they are no better than the stereotype of the worst auto repair shop. They do not deserve even the 1 star status.
