This rating is for there service department.I ask them to check out 4 things for me during the diagnostic of the vehicle. My wheel bearing was one . This wheel bearing cost a little over two hundred dollars and with labor according to the book it should have been a $450 job. They broke a part on my car then charged me when fixing it. end up being $780 job. The diagnostic for the 4 items that was in question they charged me 4 separate charges of $128. So with a new bearing, battery and 4 diagnostic charges my bill was $1500. Whatever fine just wont do business here again. Then i get my car back and my windshield is cracked and my front headlight is out. The pics below show the damage and the initial report of how it came in. They call me close to 6 knowing they would be closed. So, i came in on sat to find the service department closed and no one to address this issue. STILL Waiting on a resolution.
