They outsourced their billing department to a diff...

They outsourced their billing department to a different company earlier this year, in 2018. I saw them in the spring of 2017 and paid my part of my bill after insurance. About a year went by, and then I got a bill from them showing that no balance had been paid, not even the part of it that my insurance paid. I called them and they told me that I owed no money but there just may be some glitches since they just outsourced their billing. They said they would notify their billing company to stop sending me a bill. I still get a bill from their billing company every month. It is starting to feel like a scam. Please stop this.
