WAY to many things negative things to list, so I will hit a few points.
- first just to start Appraisal Authorization I sign for one price and I was charged almost a hundred more then I signed off on, WITH NO refund in return for the correct amount.
-second I was told I was locked in at 2.99 more then 5 times, to find out they never locked me in and to get to 3.2 I had to pay $9k to buy it down when I was told I was locked in at 2.99
-third the under writer fees were over $1200 more then double the norm.
-fourth the processing fees were over 1500 again more then double the norm.
so in all I was out almost $600 for the Appraisal for a refinance loan that this company over charged again and again and never closed a deal.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY//
