I called about 15 minutes before the actual lobby ...

I called about 15 minutes before the actual lobby of the restaurant closed which was more than enough time to have my pizza made. I had never been there before so I didn t know it closed at 1 but delivery ran until 3 am. The guy on the phone was very curt and just overall rude. He interrupted me when I was trying to place my order and said can you be here in 15 to 20 minutes when I was only 1 minute down the road. I got to the restaurant and went to grab drinks while we waited and he again had an attitude with me and didn t make me feel welcome. They had gotten my name wrong so when I was trying to figure out what name it could be he very rudely said well what did you order in a harsh tone then after I paid for my food he again gave me an attitude and said just so you know we close in 5 minutes and I said I m sorry I didn t know the internet had said 3 he then told me that was only for delivery but never once did he have a kind tone or even made me feel welcomed. I was very disappointed with the service and did not appreciate the way I was treated for a simple misunderstand of not knowing they closed the lobby so soon. This was not a good first impression and they definitely need to have someone who is actually good at customer service working the register and answering phones. Food was good though so as long as that kid isn t running the register I m sure it s a lovely place to eat.
