I've been going to get my truck serviced at Nalley...

I've been going to get my truck serviced at Nalley Ford. I'd been wanting a leveling kit for my F150 for some time now, recently took a nail in the sidewall of one tire, (which I purchased a brand new tire for less than a month ago) and when I punctured a sidewall on another tire, I decided to pull the trigger. While I was in there, I took care of a recall on a break master cylinder, an oil change, brakes and rotors, 4 new tires and a transmission service. I had about 10k of tread left on two tires and of course the brand new tire, which I told them I wanted to keep. I have 35k miles on The truck. First off, any time you change transmission fluid, you drop the pan, replace the gasket and check for metal shavings in the pan to ensure you're not grinding gears and have an issue. No, they just hooked it up to a pump and flushed it. Great. Thanks Nalley. Then, they threw away all of my tires. There was a large note that said specifically, customer wants old (new) tires. They said "we'll find you a new one" - and never have now that they have my money (3 grand) won't call me back. Don't go there. Not much service going on in that "service" department!
