I only went to the service department because I still had free oil changes. They never have once returned a phone call of mine. I have actually been greeted with almost open hostility for driving in there one time for an oil change without an appointment. Despite the fact I still have paid oil changes I often go somewhere else for my service and oil change just so I do not have to deal with the service department.
