We had been with a smaller HVAC group since we got into our house several years ago and while they generally did good work, the service was aalways a little...meh. Then About two weeks ago our heat went out. When we couldn't get ahold of our regular HVAC guy (yet again), we made a call to Coolray for an emergency visit. The difference between our previous HVAC company and Coolray was just night and day!

While the job ended up being a lot bigger, more expensive, and stressful than we would have liked, the entire Coolray team was amazing from end to end. From my first call with Angel in the office, Keith making the emergency visit, Bobby in sales, and Jeffrey on the work crew, each and every member of the team was punctual, respectful of our time and home, and quick to go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Bobby, in particular, was wonderfully patient with us asking questions, exploring options, and requesting additional information. They've absolutely earned a customer in us, and a definite recommendation. Excellent job!
