Place an order at 530, was told it would be ready ...

Place an order at 530, was told it would be ready in 25 min, paid by cc over the phone 1 hr and 15 minutes later it was still not ready, had called twice while in the parking lot and was told it would be ready "soon". Called a 4th time to cancel, I do have to work Monday and can't spend the weekend in their parking lot, was assured I would receive a screen capture showing the voided sale. Still waiting for that too, no refund reflected yet on the cc app. Just the sale. This is the last time China Blossom.
Update: following morning the refund has posted to cc acct, never received screenshot from restaurant, which was offered by them. Called last night at 8:20 to request the screenshot, was assured it would be sent to my #, never came.
I'm confused how a meal goes from being ready in 25 minutes to 1 hr and 15 min, within 20 min. It happens, fine, but give a solid estimate rather than just saying "soon" or "you'll get a text", especially when u know your customer has been in the parking lot for an hour. Just rude.
