Very nice place, spacious, well located, elegantly decorated and almost grandiose from the first steps. However, from the first step also the staff watched us empty our car and our suitcases alone until the reception. No one guided us to the reception, nor did we offer help. I can carry a suitcase but I thought that the reputation of a French 5 stars also passed by these small attentions. The same evening we wait 10 minutes at the entrance of the brewery of the same hotel in the hope that we are welcomed and we are placed. It never happened and we lost patience before and went outside. The next day, the cures, very pleasant infrastructures. On the other hand, once again difficult to claim 5 stars when all the walls have the black paint that stands out from the walls .. the devil is in the details in this kind of establishment but here it is not the priority. the breakfast is very complete and very pleasant. The staff is no longer worthy of a 5 star (Lunar Conversations about their privacy) but breakfast is better than Check in. Breg it would be a good 4 star hotel with the price of a 4 star. If you want a 5 * it is not worth it.
