For a female 3.5 AV cable for HD TV, which by the way did not have, I waited 50 minutes (yes you understood 50 minutes to rot on the counter with the number in hand). There were 3 clerks who served and started to ciaccare with customers with all the calm of the world and then every now and then you saw them disappear and come back after 5 minutes (obviously people who often go or friends).
Grumpy answers and a primate guinness phlegm.
In these times 18-20 people are served in an afternoon.
