We booked the family activities over the phone so everyone had their turn to enjoy the last day.
The activity staff couldn t find our booking when we arrived so our time slots were pushed back while it was sorted out. By the end of the day we were late for the last activity because of the delays in the day.
The staff gave a mechanical apology with a couldn t care less attitude. They issued a refund but had no interest in finding out why there was so many delays.
We complained to the manager in the plaza. She said the complaints procedure had been followed and there was no way to make a formal complaint. She also stated that no one would look into why it happened but she would note in on the computer.
The whole experience ruined the end of the weekend. We will not be returning for a repeat weekend.
