Poor food service, staff weren't sure where they were going to with plates, leaving food back behind counter, then collecting it minutes later . Unsanitary and unprofessional. Obviously need training. Good drinks selection and well served. I know its a hotel bar but absolutely zero atmosphere, even from staff no chat, no banter. OK but could be so much better with better leadership and proper staff training.
