One of the most memorable drives my wife and our friends have ever made!

The views are spectacular but the sun was absolutely cooking that day. It was mid-90s in the lower basin and about a 111 on the ridge.

We decided to do an early hike and drive for most of the afternoon to the heat of the day. Stopped at Terilingua on the way out which made the trip even more memorable.
