Horrible customer service - Horrible color by Amina
Never ever again...what happened: The intend has been to have the hair colored and cut, prepaid by me and worth 608 US$ without tip. I got the coloring from Amina, whom I have called 5 times in advance to ask her to treat this very careful as I have very sensitive hair. Amina did the coloring and as a result the majority of the main hair broke and is now less than one inch long. Amina has not admitted any failure nor has personally apologized. What happened post accident?
I called the salon on Saturday and spoke to the CEO Pierre Quaknine. He admitted the accident, but protected Amina and said she did nothing wrong and is an industry leading specialist. Amina...she should be a gardener...but never ever a color specialist. I explicitly called out her unprofessional behavior, like not explaining the client what she does, not taking the warnings serious and finally not admitting the mistake while silently disappearing. NEVER EVER AGAIN...
