Definitely not as bad as a 1.9 score.

Starting with the negative. They don't collect organic waste in my area. Organic/Food waste is the most environmental thing anyone can recycle as it doesn't have to be shipped off-shore. .

On to the positives...., . They pick up my bin exactly when they are supposed to and pricing is fair. I live in the middle of nowhere (rural). I would happily pay more if they recycled more stuff for me. Driving around to other recycling depos costs me time and fuel.

The PR and marketing department must only work part-time time here. There is no response to positive or negative feedback.
I loved the bit about recycling election posters for free but they have a terrible reputation regarding customer accounts. I like to see a system like the leap card where they give you - 5. Your dealing with Irish people here. We like to pay in dribs and drabs but will jump at a good deal for a year if it will save us 10. Most of the negative reviews are because of [Computer says no]. It just needs Irish perimeters entered.

I've never had an issue with being over charged and I have no ill feeling towards this company but I will change to a new company next year that takes food waste because my time is worth more me that a couple of euro.

I also love their YouTube videos which gives great insight to what they are doing with my waste.
