I can't say enough about my positive experience with Carolina Restoration Services. Water damage was brought to my attention by a contractor performing foundation work in my crawlspace and I filed an home owner's insurance claim. The source of the leak turned out to be a crack in the fiberglass shower unit. The damage was extensive and resulted in the entire bathroom being gutted down to the studs.

Carolina Restoration to the rescue! Everyone I interacted with from this company was courteous and professional! From Gabe, who came out to do the initial estimate, to Chris Whittington, my assigned project manager extraordinaire, and all of the contractors (Cam (plumber), Bob (framing and carpentry), Santos (paint & trim), Josh (shower install)), this job was handled professionally from start to finish.

Since the bathroom was gutted, I decided to pay for some upgrades out of pocket, so that I would have a final product that I was satisfied with. Carolina Restoration staff did a great job of explaining all charges for my out of pocket work as well as the labor guarantees.

This job took a few weeks to complete, but I couldn't be happier with the service or workmanship! The before and after pics speak for themselves! (my shower door installation is scheduled for next week) I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking to remodel or clean up after an incident of water damage.
