Terrible experience!!!! What I thought was going to be a smooth buying experience turned in to two wasted trips from Maryland.

I go in to purchase a 2019 Toyota Camry priced reasonably. The only issue with the car initially was that I didn t really care for the interior color. So I left.

I returned three days later with my wife after we discussed the interior and felt it would not be as hard to keep clean. The original salesman was busy so Mark Ross introduces us to another salesperson, Teresa. We talked and test drove the car and everything seemed fine.

It was priced to my liking so no haggling. Teresa offers us food, the previous salesman Alphonso gives us tokens for vendor outside while we await them to do the initial paperwork.

After some time Teresa returns with a purchase order that looks in order except I see a $1600 charge labeled Blazer package. When I ask what this was Teresa tells me 2 oil changes and all weather floor mats. I had a puzzled look and repeated what she said. She then says she doesn t know and goes and gets Alphonso the original salesman. He sits down and says the Blazer package is for 2 years worth of oil changes, tire rotation and the all weather floor mats. I tell him I live in Maryland and would prefer to not have to come to Woodbridge for an oil change and tire rotation. I looked the mats up from a Toyota dealer and they were $250. I asked if they could remove the blazer package and Alphonso says that it s on all of their users cars. He does agree to go ask the manager. He quickly returns and says the manager says that they have to keep the blazer package on all of their cars because it was created for customers protection. A few customers had issues with their cars so they created the package to give the customers peace of mind. I asked how did an oil change and tire rotation give me a peace of mind when purchasing a used car. It s not like it is a warranty. My wife asked how can they force us to buy oil changes where most dealerships give them for free. Alphonso responds he is not forcing us. My wife then asks him to take the package off the order. Alphonso then says that if we want to buy this car then we will be buying the blazer package.

We got up and walked out.

Be ware. Poor customer service. Rude. Shady practice. Hidden fees.
