Sweetwater is an AMAZING company. I have never ordered a guitar online before... typically, when I considered ordering online from a "big-box' store, all those other companies have (and use) is a generic stock photo of what they have to offer. That means that what you get will be different in some way from what you see. The color of the wood will be different, the type and shape of wood grain will be different... any flaws from the manufacturer or shipping and handling will NOT be represented...etc.
Sweetwater posts unique photos of the guitar you are looking at... not a generic stock photo. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL GET!

That allowed me to pick the guitar I wanted, very much like being in the showroom and being able to personally choose "THE ONE" I wanted.

The service I received after hitting the "purchase" button was top notch. I have my own sales rep/technician handling my order, my instrument has been treated to a 50 point inspection and set-up, shipping was extremely accurate, my instrument was securely packaged... and what I got when I opened the box was EXACTLY what I saw in the photos....

I would like to say thank you to Phil Potts (my sales rep) for such amazing service and I have changed my mind about shopping for musical instruments online....as long as I order from Sweetwater, I know I will be treated well and get exactly what I want.
