This is the only company i get my gear from now. They'll always have a representitive call or email you checking up on you after receiving orders. They always check to see if you're satisfied or need any help with whatever you've picked up.

Also when i was going to late on a payment all i had to do is call and explain that my paycheck was veing deposited in a few days. They were completely understanding and just asked me to give them a day that would be good for me to take out the payment. This company is all about the customers and more importantly the musicians. So much so that i would consider working for sweetwater an actual dream job for me or any musician. I will always be a faithful customer and suggest them to everyone i know. There just aren't any big companies around like this for musicians.
