Disappointing disastrous experience. Overcrowded to the point of being a danger to safety and health, let alone enjoyment. Perhaps a daily/hourly quota should be placed on how many people are allowed in to ensure that guests can truly enjoy the beautiful pieces of art. Spent the whole time just moving painfully slowly from room to room, elbow to elbow, unable to actually see anything. The entire experience was just claustrophobically horrible.
