Would give them a zero. Evidently appointment times do t mean a thing. They have no respect for drivers who deliver to there facilities. The warehouse workers are slower than molasses in January. Forget about getting any drive time in when you deliver here because they will take all day to unload. Then you sit for over 45 minutes with a green light but no paperwork. This is incompetence at its finest
