This is my honest experience at Waverley Mitsubishi.
It's not my first time to go there, in fact its probably my 5th time.
There is two dealership here in Winnipeg,Mb and this dealership is usually better. I went because i had problems with my car and suspected that i was the alternator, after paying 99 dollar for diagnosis charges, it was determined that it is in fact the alternator and that i will need to purchase a new one along with the labor which would be around 870 tax included. So before signing any papers i asked the person who was serving me if i could take with me after my old alternator so i could use it for parts/etc, and he said for sure no problem, and then i signed the papers.
At the end when i was paying for the service , they told me i cannot take my alternator back since they ship it back to the supplier for rebuild.
i was never informed about that, and also didn't know that i am buying a rebuilt one and not a new one. I am Disappointed since there was a shortage in explaining things to me prior. When they called me the next day for feedback, i told them my issue but the lady on the phone didn't say anything.
Anyway that's my honest opinion
