I have had a great experience with Rancho management/ rental services. My agent, Jonathan Beck , has been very active , responsible and helpful in renting my 1 bedroom condo in down town Vancouver. He is almost always accessible through text, email or phone and responds very quickly. He basically takes care of any related matter , such as renting and re-renting , any communication with the tenant, appliances' break-down without me being involved. Again , overall a great experience with Rancho.
