On the whole Bush International Airport (IAH) is easy to navigate. Inside you'll find several great restaurants. Inside resturants Breakfast Klub, Pappadueax, Chick-fil-a, Jack In the Box, build your own pizza, just to name a few. The reason for 1 STARS is because quick lines, easy security, awesome resturants, the WORSE, WORSE, WORSE thing about Bush, trying to be picked up.

Apparently, this Airport has , none, nada direction when individuals are trying to get into personal cars. The drivers pull up and park. There is NO movement. So if someone is trying to pick you up, they cant get through the parked cars.

Your driver can' get to you, because the other drivers are parked and waiting!!!!! It's the WORSE process ever. I fly about once a month, Bush is the WORSE parking lot/ pick up area supposely pick up. The individuals that are suppose to be directing traffic, just stand there and watch the traffic jams.

For example, if you go to SFO, the person you're picking up isn't outside on the curb, the traffic director ask you to keep circling. It's so simply, keep circling. BUSH Airport could do the same thing. When the traffic is jam pack, people get testy. I have seen and heard many arguments. You can hardly get your luggage from the curb because the drivers are jammed packed and parked along the curb...

Please BUSH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, have your drivers circle inside of park!!!!!
