I was recently in a situation where I had to get a new car asap. I contacted Don Valley North Toyota and was connected to Sam Francella. Sam was incredibly helpful in finding me a suitable vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I just picked up my vehicle on Wednesday and when I had questions afterwards, I just had to call Sam. He provided excellent customer service and was very responsive. I would also like to thank Sara Wang for the excellent customer service she provided to me as well!
