Booked 3+nights at tge Derek. The shower was broken. Low water pressure and no hot water. Called front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. Same issue happened in the morning. Woke up to standing water in the bathroom. Called again. They said they were sending maintenance again. Hotel manger offered no accomadations for the inconvenience. Asked for a different room and was told they needed to "see what's available". Horrible customer service for what Was my favorite boutique hotel! So much for a relaxing weekend at the Derek
