I met Andrene Morris in April of 2020 and she explained the buying process and told me what I need to do in order to start the building process. I value her expertise because she is honest, patient and treats you like family. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to guide me through this process. Simply because of Andrene's customer service I will start building with southern homes in the next few weeks! I can't wait!
