I was refer to the Quality 1st Basement from my neighbor for water proofing our basement, they were the 1st and only place I call to get estimate for the job I wanted to be done. I don't know what others might have cost me to get the job done, but their price seem reasonable to me with all the work that I wanted. I am glad I decided on the spot from the initial visit and scheduled the work. I am very happy with the finished job. Juan Garcia was our Foreman who lead the work, he and his team was great from the beginning to the end.

Thank you for the job well done and now I could look forward to extra living space in my house.
