Bought our Mazda 6 brand new. We were told that warranty would be void unless serviced at a Mazda dealer which is fair enough. Had a clutch problem within the first week of use, which was rectified under warranty 2 years later.
I service the car right on schedule (every 10,000 Km or 6 months). In the service report, one of the items are "tire rotation" to keep ware even. For the last four or five services I marked the tires to see if they got rotated. They didn't. I've spoken to the service manager (Nigel) about it. He apologized while his service crew rolled their eyes in the background. But they still did not rotate the tires.
Each time I ended up rotating the tires myself at home. I know they cheated me with the tire rotation because I marked the tires and found out for myself. But what about the stuff I cant see? How do I know if they are even changing the oil or the oil filter? Very disappointing service!
If you read the previous reviews, you will see a pattern. Any customer service before the sale, is done with flying colors. Everything after the sale, is $h!t. So after they take your money, they don't want to know you.
