Could not match an internet advertised rate, should have walked out right then. Went ahead and booked the room. Got to the room, it was dirty. Went back to the unfriendly front desk attendant who, without even apologizing, gives us keys to a new room. Get to that room AND IT IS ALSO DIRTY!!!! Go back to front desk and the lady STILL DOES NOT APOLOGIZE!!! She simply says, I am just as unhappy about this as you are. At this point I tell her we just want to find a new hotel. She says - ok, your card has not been charged. Have a nice day.
What??? An apology...a discount...An upgrade???? Nope, have a nice day...
