Cannot underscore the level of customer service and support we received from Branch Manager Matthew Cook. We went from never wanting to rent from Enterprise again to being firm believers that they stand behind their customer service. Thanks to Matthew and the customer first business model of Enterprise we would be silly to rent from anyone else. Thank you so much for making it right Mr. Cook!
