This place is pathetic. We went there to eat on a Monday. The place was dead. There was my wife, son, and, myself. The waitress took our drink orders and, then came back and, took our food orders. This is when someone should have said hey, we are all out of bangers and, mash. But, a half hour later the waitress comes and, informs me that they, didn't have any bangers or mash. This is what I, ordered for my meal. She then asked if I would like to replace it with something else. I placed another order for a cheeseburger. She leaves with my order and, returns with my wife's and, son's food. My son's food order mixed up also. We came together as a, family to eat together as a, family. We asked to speak to the manager. She could not understand why we were upset. The manager did come back a bit later to let me know that, they had bangers and, mash now. She then asked if I wanted to take the meal home with me. No thank you. Why didn't anyone say anything when I, first ordered my meal? I imagine the owner will say something like I'm sorry for your bad experience hopefully you'll give us another shot. Not a chance, like I said, this place is pathetic a joke. This establishment will not survive in the restaurant business with service like this.
