Today went to the movies with my son, we sat in a pretty empty room with four people. Recently, there are special benches with tables in most rooms.
Hall was empty so oh well then you grab an empty spot. Normally when it is busy I do not do that but now who is making it difficult because the hall is still empty. I also always clean my mess, which most do not.
After the film there is a gentleman downstairs and he informed me if I would like to sit in the reserved place in the future because the place I was on was 2.50 more expensive !!
Where's the control for the time of these benches? I often see that people sit somewhere else despite the fact that there are fixed places and then there is never any effort or control.
What happened now is so customer unfriendly. Do this if the rooms are really full, and would have done this more often before, but suddenly the places are more expensive, people will be called to account about this.
I often go to the cinema, but I don't find this customer friendly and honest!
