RIDICULOUS!!!!!

RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I had my car serviced for a broken tail light. The gentleman working on my car had no idea what he was doing. I said something to a woman who was working in the service department and she came back to tell me that they needed to take apart part of my back bumper to get the tail light out and take apart my wheel well. Ummm ok. Well after paying almost $400 there is now a gap between my tail light and back bumper. Not only that but they bent some of the plastic parts in my trunk and some parts dont match up in the back either. When i called to say something i got hung up on. I called back and they sent me to sales and than i called back a 3rd time and was sent to a voicemail. I work in customer service and thats the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. They are quick to take your money but dont want to hear anything after that.
My sister also purchased a car from there and had them put in a remote starter and she said they were extremely rude to her as well. This is not how a business should be ran and i will be calling the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday to have this problem rectified immediately. And I will never get my car serviced here again.
