We stayed for one night at the Hyatt Regency Tamay...

We stayed for one night at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya, Service was supportive and calm upon arrival, not so enjoyable when checking out...Discovered while checking out the $12.99 fee for WIFI in room which was advertised as free, while booking room stay and also the web advertised premium cable for TV, which was not so. TV reception and the settings on the TV were poor, also the channels were not cable TV quality disappointing especially for being a 4 star hotel...Staff hospitality was very polite & helpful. Gus, checked us out of hotel, where I mentioned the disappointing TV channels and the miscommunicating Advertisement for free wifi and premium cable his response was rather abrupt and seemed unwilling to accomodate. Ordered Pizza with room service, tasted like regular pizza sauce on it. Cesar salad was very tasty! Coffee in room was foul forcing me to order fresh coffee to our room. Coffee was good, very expensive watch out for the $3.50 delivery charge so their is no need to tip. No shower cap in room you have to call room service for it, annoying! Rooms were very clean, lovely & comfy, great view of the mountain. Had to put the heat to 86 deg to get rooms warm enough. Appreciated the complimentary pack and go cribs with cute toileties packages for our twins, FYI these cribs have a very hard mattress for them to lie on so more blankets required. Environment of the hotel is very calming and nurturing well worth the visit and stay!
