Banner Thunderbird's ER contracts with doctors (No...

Banner Thunderbird's ER contracts with doctors (North Valley Emergency Specialists) that WILL take advantage of you financially and they are partially responsible for running a medical scam on our community. I've been to this ER twice in my life and both times after paying out ALL of my bills with Banner, I was soon hit with a surprise bill in the form of a collections letter. My credit has suffered greatly because of this. By now i've figured out the MO - they have you consent to seeing doctors that your insurance doesn't cover when you are signing in (while you are preoccupied with fear your safety/health); then, after your discharge (and this step is important) North Valley fails to mail you or notify you of any bills due; thus, when you finish paying any bills from the ER you think you're good, but no! North Valley is on the sidelines waiting to send your balance over to the Bureau of Medical Economics. They have harassed me out of about $2500+ over the past three years and want $500 more. The first time was fishy, but twice? AND you have an established pattern of taking advantage of your ER patients? Whoever is conspiring on this operation deserves for their souls to burn for eternity. I just want your bill collectors to stop harassing me and leave me alone so I can focus on school and surviving this pandemic. Basically, it seems like they'll f*ck over any patients they can for money. Pathetic.

review for North Valley Emergency Specialists

this place is predatory, unethical, and borderline a scam. I have been harassed by collectors for over a year now because of the deceitful practices between North Valley Emergency Specialists and Banner Thunderbird ER. to be clear - i had contacted Banner and paid out ALL of my bills (double and triple checked) only to be hit months later with a collections letter (they use Bureau of Medical Economics) because of these f*ckers. no bill, no contact from them prior. now that it's in collections it's conveniently impossible for me to contest.

how would i have contacted them to pay out any outstanding balances if i didn't even know i was treated by one of their doctors in the ER? this is the second time this happened to me at Banner (you sign away your right to see doctors within your insurance when you sign in; literally taking advantage of people who are just seeking emergency care) and my credit is screwed because of them. next time i think i'm very ill or dying i'll just stick it out and hope i don't die i guess!! I am a college student who is orphaned so in all seriousness - F*CK YOU NORTH VALLEY. you're all jokes and sad excuses of "medical professionals"
