If I could give the customer service less than 1 s...

If I could give the customer service less than 1 star, I would. I have been calling for the last 3 days, trying to get a hold of someone to help me with a reservation issue. Each time I call, I am left on hold for more than 2 hours at a time only to get a recorded message saying "thank you for calling, good bye" and then I am hung up on. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER do business with this establishment, and refuse to donate any more money to this zoo
