Lots to say about Laurel Valley Apartments! I am a first time renter with several issues that were graciously taken into consideration and welcomed by our former manager, Katie. She went above and beyond to help make my move go smoothly.
Danielle (our manager) is an exceptionally warm and welcoming individual. I make one phone call and whatever I need is promptly taken care of. Danielle stops to say "hello and how are you" everytime we cross paths while I am out walking my dogs.
As to taking care of things, Sammy, is the most patient man. He has helped me with any questions or repairs. Sammy, thank you for not laughing at me when my circuit blew and all I had to do was hit "reset." Your smile said volumes about you!
Laurel Valley is to me, is its own small community. My neighbors are the best, actually like family to me. Neighbors I don't know by name wave and say hello!
I was blessed to have found Laurel Valley. I recommend anyone considering a move to call/visit Danielle.
Danielle and Sammy are simply the best!
