Ms. Kim with charles County water and sewer company had an attitude from the time she answered the phone. Talked aggressively and does not listen. They are suppose to be there to help. However that was not her intentions when she picked up my call. Those who do not want to do their job shouldn t come to work. I do not recommend this water company. To bad it s the only option in Charles county.
