I made a reservation via bookings.com and needed to change the arrival as I am stuck overseas right now. Bookings.com told me to contact hyatt directly which I did. Person said that I had to contact a manager. Fine I did after being placed on hold for a good 5 mins. They told me it can only be done on bookings.com . Never in my life have i been treated this rudely before by a hotel personnel. This will be my last time ever to book at any hyatt.
