Great speeds on the UTOPIA network. They respect your privacy. Recently saw that their monthly data cap increased from 2TB to 10TB. No longer need to worry about your bandwidth. Easy to pay your bill online through their website. I've been a XMission subscriber for almost 6 years now. Would still like to see the monthly fee go down over time rather than up.
